Day - 1
Shimla – Drive to the Queen of Hills
Arrive at Delhi Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Shimla, the "Queen of Hills" known for its pine-scented air and colonial charm. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up. Spend the rest of the day exploring the famous Mall Road, enjoying the crisp winter skies and vibrant atmosphere.
Day - 2
Shimla – Kufri, Golf & Heritage
Drive to Kufri Valley for panoramic views of the Himalayas. Later, visit Naldehra, home to a well-groomed nine-hole golf course amidst cedar forests. In the evening, visit the Jakhu Temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman and the historic Viceregal Lodge, the former seat of British power.
Day - 3
Manali – Drive to the Valley of Gods
Depart Shimla for the scenic drive to Manali. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Spend the evening exploring the vibrant Tibetan Market, famous for its shawls, woolen clothes, and souvenirs. Enjoy the leisure time soaking in the alpine atmosphere.
Day - 4
Manali – Rohtang Pass Excursion
Embark on an excursion to Rohtang Pass (3978m), the gateway to Lahaul and Ladakh. Enjoy sweeping panoramas of glaciers, precipitous cliffs, and mountain peaks from the crest. Return to Manali in the evening for a restful overnight stay. (Note: Rohtang vehicle at personal cost).
Day - 5
Manali – Temples, Art & Hot Springs
Visit the Jagatsukh Naggar Art Gallery, the wooden Hadimba Devi Temple, and the Tibetan Monastery. Proceed to Vashisht village to experience its hot sulphur springs, known for curative properties. Return to the hotel in the afternoon and enjoy free time.
Day - 6
Chandigarh – The City Beautiful
After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh, India's first planned modern city. Check into your hotel upon arrival. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps exploring the city's gardens or shopping centers before dinner.
Day - 7
Departure – Homeward Bound
After breakfast, transfer to Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with wonderful memories of the pine forests, mountain passes, and valleys of Himachal Pradesh.
