Day - 1

Dharamshala – Arrival in Little Lhasa

Arrive at Amritsar Airport and embark on a scenic drive to Dharamshala, the spiritual headquarters of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up. In the evening, explore the vibrant Kotiwali Bazaar, famous for miniature paintings, tribal jewelry, and rare fossils. Cap off the day by unwinding at a local cafe in McLeod Ganj, such as Illiterati or Shiva Cafe, enjoying delicious Tibetan cuisine amidst panoramic mountain views.

Day - 2

Dharamshala – Monasteries & Majestic Views

Begin your tour with a visit to the serene Dal Lake, surrounded by a canopy of deodar trees. Proceed to the HPCA Cricket Stadium, renowned for its breathtaking backdrop of the Dhauladhar range. Find peace at the Gyuto Monastery, a premium Tantric college known for its discipline and spiritual ambiance. For adventure enthusiasts, an optional trip to Bir Billing for paragliding is available (weather permitting) before returning to the hotel for dinner.

Day - 3

Dalhousie – Wildlife & Colonial Charm

After breakfast, drive to Dalhousie, a hill station that retains its colonial-era grandeur. Upon arrival, check in and proceed to the Kalatop Wildlife Reserve. This sanctuary is a haven for nature lovers, offering thick pine and oak forests home to the Himalayan Black Bear and pheasants. Dalhousie – Mini Switzerland & Singing Hills

Embark on a full-day excursion to Khajjiar, often called "Mini Switzerland" for its saucer-shaped plateau and lush meadows. Visit Dainkund Peak, known as the "Singing Hill," which offers enchanting views of the Chenab, Ravi, and Beas rivers weaving through the valley. Conclude the tour with a visit to the historic St. John’s Church to admire its exquisite stained-glass windows donated by Lady Elgin.

Amritsar – Fort Heritage & Culinary Delights

Check out and drive down to the plains of Amritsar. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and visit the magnificent Gobindgarh Fort. Explore its history, from the Bhangi Misl era to Maharaja Ranjit Singh, and witness the captivating Sound & Light show after sunset. End the evening by exploring Amritsar’s famous culinary scene, indulging in rich local delicacies and street food.

Day - 6

Amritsar – The Golden Temple & Wagah Border

Start the day at sunrise with a spiritual visit to the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib) and Akal Takht to witness the temple in its most serene state. Visit the historic Jallianwala Bagh memorial and the Ram Bagh Museum, the former summer palace of Maharaja Ranjit Singh. In the afternoon, drive to the Attari-Wagah Border to witness the patriotic and high-energy "Lowering of the Flags" ceremony at sunset.

Day - 7

Departure – Homeward Bound

After a hearty breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Amritsar Airport or Railway Station. Depart for your hometown with wonderful memories of the spiritual serenity of the Golden Temple and the misty peaks of Himachal Pradesh.
